Works with zero connectivity

Field sales that works where the signal doesn't.

Orders, deliveries and collections captured at the shop — on a phone with no bars — then reconciled the moment a network comes back. Nothing waits for coverage.

What it does

Built around how distribution actually runs

Not a CRM with a mobile view bolted on. Every screen reads from the device, so a salesperson standing in a shop sees the same thing with no bars as with full ones.

Offline-first, not offline-tolerant

Work is written to the device and queued. Retries are the normal case on rural connectivity, so every record carries a client-generated id and syncs exactly once — no duplicate orders, no double-billed shops.

Geofenced order capture

An order can only be taken within a set distance of the shop, and that distance is stored with it. GPS needs no network, so the check holds offline — and you get an audit trail proving the visit happened.

Outstanding, before the order

What a shop owes shows on the beat list and again on the order screen — before the basket is built, not after. Ageing buckets and per-shop credit limits turn accumulated credit into something somebody can act on.

Delivery and collection

A daily drop list per person and vehicle. Mark delivered, failed or partial; collect split cash, UPI or credit at the door. The UPI QR generates on the device, so it works with no connectivity.

Returns, including partial

Expired stock, damage in transit, half a crate refused. Capture it at the door with per-line quantities; a manager approves before any credit note is raised, because returns are a fraud surface.

Beats and coverage

Fixed weekly routes with shops in call order, an advisory push-list of SKUs to raise at each stop, and a movement map so a manager can see the day as it actually happened.

The day

Three steps, none of them need a network

1

Leave the depot

The device pulls the catalogue, prices, today's beat and every assigned drop in one round trip. After that, no request has to succeed for work to continue.

2

Work the beat

Take orders inside the geofence, register new shops, deliver, collect, accept returns. Everything queues locally with the balance and prices already on the phone.

3

Reconnect

The outbox drains when signal returns. Retries are safe by design, so a flaky connection costs a second attempt — never a duplicate order or a double-billed shop.

Who uses it

One app, one codebase

The tab set follows the role, so nobody scrolls past screens that aren't theirs.

Sales

Today's beat, register shops, take geofenced orders, see what each shop owes before quoting.

Delivery

The day's drops, mark delivered or short, collect split payment, take returns at the door.

Manager

Build beats, assign vans, approve returns, chase outstanding by route or by person.

Admin

Catalogue and rates, staff and vehicles, payment configuration, tenant branding.
