Why it exists

Distribution software usually starts from the office and works outwards. The result is a system the depot can see and the field cannot use: a rep with a phone, a manager with a spreadsheet, and a gap between them that gets closed by phone calls at six in the evening.

SalesTeam starts from the counter. A salesperson opens a beat, sees the shop's outstanding balance before walking in, builds the order from a catalogue that is already on the phone, and saves it — and it is on the depot's board before they have left. The van sees the same order, the office sees the same payment, and nobody reconciles anything by hand.

What we believe

Saved should mean saved

An order is confirmed when the system has it, not when a phone says so. We would rather refuse a save in front of the shopkeeper — where someone can act on it — than accept it quietly and leave a day's work sitting somewhere nobody is looking.

The person in the field is the customer

Every screen is built for one hand, in daylight, with a shopkeeper waiting. If a thing takes four taps in an office and eight on a beat, it is wrong.

The numbers have to survive an argument

Ledgers are append-only. A wrong receipt is voided and re-entered with a reason, and both entries stay on the statement — because the only version of a balance worth having is the one you can put in front of the shopkeeper disputing it.

What it covers

• Beats and shops — rounds with weekdays and call order, shop registration from the field, approval at the depot.
• Order capture — geofenced to the shop, priced from your catalogue, with packs, GST and scoped price lists.
• Deliveries — plan a van, close a drop, collect at the door by cash, UPI QR or credit.
• Money — shop outstanding, credit limits, office receipts, an append-only ledger and a statement you can hand over.
• Returns — raised in the field, approved by a manager, credited against the shop.
• Oversight — a delivery board, a staff activity view, and a map of where a round actually went.

SalesTeam ships under your own name, icon and colours, from one codebase and one release pipeline. Your distributors see your brand; you do not maintain a fork to get it.

Who we are

SalesTeam is built and operated by Meshit Solutions OPC Pvt Ltd, an Indian software company that designs and builds custom software, web and mobile applications, and WhatsApp Business API integrations. We work on a modern .NET stack and we stay with what we ship — we are not a code shop that disappears after launch.
